1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BrowserFabric, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

BrowserFabric provides cloud-hosted browser instances accessible via API for automation, testing, and AI agent workflows. The service includes browser session management, persistent context storage, and usage tracking.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BrowserFabric to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Access systems or data without authorization
  • Send spam or conduct phishing attacks
  • Scrape websites that prohibit automated access
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks or abuse shared infrastructure
  • Store or transmit malware

4. API Keys and Authentication

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not share your keys or embed them in client-side code. We may revoke keys that we believe have been compromised.

5. Usage Limits

Free tier accounts are subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exceed their plan limits or abuse the service.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees.

7. Limitation of Liability

BrowserFabric is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
